There are three option using of which you can check your name in PM Jan Arogya Yojana final beneficiaries list at mera.pmjay.gov.in.
- Search by Name, Father's Name,
- Search by Registered Mobile Number / Ration Card Number Mother's Name and Address.
- Search by SECC Name
- Search by RSBY URN.
IF your name found in the final beneficiary list, you can call for the enrollment confirmation at PMJAY helpline number at 14555. Ayushman Bharat Beneficiaries List
Before going ahead to check your name in the beneficiary list, you have to enter in portal. To do so, open the official portal mera.pmjay.gov.in and enter your mobile and generate the OTP using of which you will be allowed to use the website. Now you choose any one of the available options to find your name in PM Jan Arogya Yojana.
Option-1: PMJAY Beneficiary List Search by Name
Every person whose name is available in Socio-Economic Caste Census 2011 Data are eligible to get the benefits of the PMJAY scheme. To find your name in final PMJAY beneficiaries list, you have to select the option “Search by Name” and enter your SECC Name same as mentioned in SECC data. Along with the name, enter the details like Father Name, Mother Name, Age, District, Village, Pin-code and hit the खोजें / Search” button. If your name showing no result, then you must have to contact the nearest Ayushman Mitra to get registered for the scheme.
Option-2: Search By Mobile Number / Ration Card Number
The eligibility for PMJAY can be checked using the Mobile Number / Ration Card Number. An Additional Data Collection Drive (ADCD) was conducted on 30th April 2018 at various Gram Sabha’s across India. This drive captures active mobile number and ration card number of family of Socio-Economic Caste Census (SECC) database.
Option-3: Search By RSBY URN:
All active families registered for Rashtriya Suraksha Bima Yojana and have their unique registration number (URN) till 31 March 2018 and does not feature in targeted groups as per SECC 2011 data will be included as well and can identify if they are eligible for PMJAY using RSBY URN:-
PMJAY Helpline Number
PM Jan Arogya Yojana helpline number is available for resolving the queries of the people. You can contact at the PMJAY helpline number 14555 if you are eligible. Ayushman Mitras will assist patients and coordinate with beneficiaries and these Ayushman Mitras have been appointed in district govt. hospitals where pilot phase has started. Ayushman Mitras running running Help Desk, checking documents to verify eligibility and enrollment to scheme.
Under the scheme, the government provides a Universal Health Coverage of Rs. 5 lakh per family per annum to around 10 crore families (50 crore people). People from any cast having different income group can get the benefits.
